Ladies and Gentlmen, it has been a great year. You as customers have kept me busy. I regret to say that I am booked up till some time in fall of 2007. Vance and Brenda larger image Mountains $159.00 This is a light weight mountain and custom made to fit your layout. These are some photos with some detailing that I have already sold. No.2 is 32 inches long and 15 inches high and 13 inches deep. No.1 I built for my layout and is 40 inches long, 18 inches deep and 18 inches high. Both were designed to set against the back drop and has a flat smooth back on it. In the photo No 2 and No.3 mountain is setting in front of No.1. These were built in the same fashion with Styrofoam and only weigh about 2 lbs. Both have Blast Rock Tunnel single portals and are built into the mountain as it was formed. These are made one at a time as ordered and so No two are alike, each has its on finished form that comes from the designer's eye as it is built. So each one is a one of a kind master piece. Color is basically the same but varies some. With the way these are designed the lighting plays a big roll in the look of the mountain in a photo. The lighting alone can change the complete color of the mountain. With this custom built mountain you have the advantage of setting the height of the tunnel entrance to what you need. No.2 is set at the height of the Woodland Scenics 4 inch risers. No.1 is at 3 inch. If you get above 4 inches from the bottom up to the entrance then it starts to look a bit unrealistic. But it is still your preference on height. Mountains come with no trees or grass on them. You add that for the look that you prefer. The one's above have nothing on them but a few trees stuck in the Styrofoam. And looks excellent just as it is. Of course it is your touch and fine detailing to make it an outstanding master piece on your layout. And you don't have to worry with it cracking, breaking or falling apart for any reason. Just stick the tree trunks in the Styrofoam and your done. If you don't like the place where you put the tree, pull it out and move it. Then just take a dab of paint, Black, Brown or Dark Green and color the inside of the little hole. Plus if you want to move the mountain, just disconnect the track at each end and you can pick the whole thing up with one hand. We will build you a custom mountain like the above, 32 inches long or less and 15 inches high and 13 inches deep, painted with tunnel ports These are built as ordered and may vary in details some, but will be close.
